Urology

UPH urologists provide in-depth, expert diagnosis and treatment of general urologic problems as well as complex urologic disease.  The department also offers state-of-the-art patient care in an environment conducive to improving the understanding of urologic disease.

UPH urologists have special expertise in:

  • neurologic disorders affecting the urinary tract
  • pediatric urology and deformities of the urinary system

Additionally, UPH surgeons are the first Southern Arizona to perform robotically assisted prostatectomy and offer other minimally invasive treatments for benign prostate enlargement such as Trans Urethral Needle Ablation (TUNA) therapy.
